Photo Gallery | Armed man robs TD Bank

Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank in Northwest Columbia Monday morning.

A spokesperson for the Columbia Police Department says the incident happened at TD Bank at 7330 Broad River Road, which is near Kennerly Road.

Investigators say the man entered the bank carrying a handgun and demanded money from the teller. After the teller complied, the suspect left the bank and got into a small, gray or silver 4-door sedan that possibly had one or more missing hubcaps.

Witnesses describe the suspect as a black male wearing all black except for or a short-sleeve orange T-shirt over a black long-sleeve shirt, black baseball cap, black pants, black shoes, black gloves and a black bandana partially covering the lower part of his face.

Nobody was injured.
