Residents of Lake Carolina got a chilly wake up Saturday morning with the 9th annual Polar Bear Plunge.
The event took place from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Lake Carolina's Sunset Park.
The plunge was an effort to raise funds for Children’s Charities of the Midlands.
