IRMO, SC (WIS)- The owner of an Irmo motorcycle shop is accused of operating without a state retail sales license.
45-year-old John David Frye, II was arrested and charged by investigators with the South Carolina Department of Revenue Thursday. Frye owns Gotham City Cycles in Irmo.
Frye is being held at the Allvin S. Glenn Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
