Police: Burglary suspects spotted carrying stolen Xbox | Crime
The Irmo Police arrested two people in connection with a daytime burglary of a residence in the Cornerstone of Irmo neighborhood.
The report said at about 4:30 p.m. on Monday the homeowners arrived home and discovered that a window in the back of the house had been broken and the sliding glass door was left open.
The homeowners contacted law enforcement.
Upon arrival, officer saw two men in the area carrying an Xbox and games, the report stated. Police say officers on the scene confirmed that the Xbox in the possession of the two men was stolen from the Cornerstone residence.
According to the report, 18-year-old Juhoun Benson was arrested and charged with burglary second degree.
The other man was identified as a juvenile who was also charged with burglary second degree. The investigation is ongoing and there may be additional arrests. Benson is currently at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
